02 / Develop the details
We coordinate structure, print files, colors, valve and accessory choices, packaging and sample revisions with manufacturing partners. Technical feasibility, development costs and minimum order requirements depend on the design.
03 / Review and approve
Confirm the sample, product specification, artwork, safety information and testing plan before production arrangements are finalized. Sampling timing, revisions, price and final quotation are agreed for the project.
04 / Coordinate production and export
Follow production timing, inspection points, carton details, export documents, freight communication and shipment milestones. Agree on the responsibilities and required documents for the destination market.
