Inflatable Sample Approval & Inspection Checklist
Record sample approvals and agree inspection methods, air-retention checks and reporting before placing an inflatable product order.
An approved sample is a useful reference only when everyone knows which version was approved and what it represents. Build one record that connects the sample, specification, artwork, packaging and agreed checks.
Before approving the sample
Record the model, sample date and revision, inflated dimensions, material and thickness, color references, print placement, valves and included accessories. Photograph relevant visible details and list any accepted differences or remaining changes. Confirm the retail packaging, labels, instructions and carton marks as part of the same approval.
Define how inspection will work
Agree who performs the checks, the production stage, sample selection and quantity, the attributes to examine, the method, acceptance criteria and report format. State responsibilities and costs before work starts. Photos are useful for visible comparisons but do not replace a physical check when one is required.
Make air-retention checks specific
Agree the preparation, test conditions, duration, observation method and acceptance criteria for the actual model. Do not replace these details with a generic promise that everything is tested for 24 hours. Decide how results and any exceptions will be recorded, and who approves the next step.
PVCTOYSTAR coordinates third-party inspection and air-retention checks agreed for an order. The scope is confirmed for the product; it is not a claim that every item has already passed the same test.
Handle findings before shipment
If a check identifies a problem, record the affected items, proposed correction and whether reinspection is needed. Confirm who can authorize shipment after the agreed checks. Keep the final report with the order specification and packing list rather than treating a corrected sample photograph as proof about the entire shipment.
Keep compliance evidence model-specific
Ask which documents are available for the actual product and market. Check the model identification, materials, test scope, date and issuing organization. A general factory statement, a logo on a reference image or an unrelated product report does not establish compliance for the order. For market-specific requirements, obtain qualified advice and agree responsibilities with the relevant parties.
